Website Privacy Policy

Last updated September 27, 2026.

This policy covers clearlyawaretherapy.com, the website for Clearly Aware Therapy, LLC. It explains what the website collects when you visit it or send a message, and what happens to that information. How I protect your therapy records and health information is covered separately in my Notice of Privacy Practices.

What the website collects

Very little. The site has no advertising, no analytics tools, no accounts, and no newsletter.

How your message is handled

When you send the contact form, your message is delivered to my practice email inbox. The website itself does not keep a copy. I use what you send only to reply to you and to talk with you about whether working together makes sense. I do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Please keep it brief. The form is a way to start a conversation, not a place for your full history or anything you would rather say on a call. It is not monitored outside office hours and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Cookies

The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider may set a small security cookie to protect the site from automated traffic, and the Psychology Today badge may set cookies under Psychology Today's own policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Services the website uses

Each of these handles information under its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Links to Psychology Today, Journey Clinical, social media, and other sites take you to pages with their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.

Who this site is for

My services are for adults 18 and older. The website is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can ask what I have from a message you sent through the website, or ask me to delete it, by emailing info@clearlyawaretherapy.com. If you have become a client, your information is part of your clinical record and is handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices instead.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
